Teaching Philosophy	I see learning as the active engagement of students in seeking new knowledge, skills and attitudes. I think of myself as an enabler for the learner. The teacher is a resource, along with the textbook, the laboratory exercises, multimedia tutorials, the other learners in the class and life experiences. In assisting the learning process, I concentrate on clarifying and simplifying the material to be learned and on identifying the individual learning styles of each student in my classes.
