Finding Books for the Nursing 211 Research Paper

This tutorial will assist you with locating appropriate books for your Nursing 211 research paper. Read the information and follow the links below to help you find appropriate and relevent books.

Introduction

The Library of Congress classification assigns the letter R to the medical books (B is for religion, K is for law, etc.). Therefore, you could go to a college library other than DCCC and locate books in the Nursing field in the same R aisle. Because the books listed below are Reference they are not checked out and therefore are always available for you. A further breakdown follows:

REF RB Pathology
REF RC Internal Medicine
REF RM Pharmacology
REF RT Nursing

Things to Know

Nursing students at other DCCC campuses can request books through intralibrary loan. Books will be delivered to the Learning Resource Center.
