Getting Help
The Academic Computing Helpdesk is available to assist with technical difficulties.

Before you call

  • Write down the exact error message including any numbers or codes.
  • Be prepared to describe the problems and what you were doing when the error occurred.
  • Perform a soft reset.

Service

PDAs must be brought to the library on DCCC's main campus if service by DCCC technical personnel is required. Plan for the PDA to be at the College for 1 to 2 working days; call the library (610-359-5326) to check the status of your PDA.

Keeping your PDA fully charged will decrease the time needed for service.
