| Performing a Soft Reset | ||
If you experience problems with your PDA, you may need to perform a soft reset. The following symptoms indicate that a soft reset is required:

1. Turn off your PDA if you are able to. 2. Remove the PDA from the case. |

| 3. Turn the PDA so the back is facing up. | ||
| 4. Locate the reset button to the right of the white DCCC - ACS ID sticker. | ||
| 5. Remove the stylus from its holder. | ||
| 6. Gently place the tip of the stylus into the reset button and press. | ||
| 7. The PDA will display the initial Dell screen and restart. |
